Less worrisome

Emma is here. Again.
Overall, it was one of my best birthdays, better even than the time I turned ten and took eight friends to see Homeward Bound II: Lost in San Francisco.

I definitely have found that to be true. Although alcohol of various forms is becoming more palatable, my tolerance has just gone all to hell. I think I did the majority of my life’s drinking between 18 and 20.
Well, here’s to sipping a single glass/bottle of something nice!

And yes, beer magically starts to taste a lot better around 22. I think it’s because you run out of liquors that don’t give you unpleasant flashbacks, so the increased percentage of beer intake leads you to better tasting microbrews.
Or that might just be my latent alcoholism talking.

hahaha okay that clearly says “beer” but both instances i read as “bear”…and i thought to myself “weird…how often does rachel see bears that her tolerance for them has increased in the past year?”
